Service

AmberOne is a self-service AI operating platform offered as monthly subscriptions (Personal, Family, Executive, Business). Features evolve over time according to the product roadmap. We may update, add, or retire capabilities with reasonable notice when material.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Do not share seats beyond your plan’s allowed users. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Billing

Plans renew monthly until canceled through the Stripe Customer Portal. Prices are shown on Pricing, Plans, Family, Signup, and Home. Taxes may apply. See the Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that attempt to bypass billing, attack the service, or violate law.

Disclaimer

AmberOne is provided “as is.” AI outputs can be wrong — verify critical decisions. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after posting changes means you accept the revised terms. Material billing changes will be reflected on the pricing pages before they take effect for new checkouts.
