Information we collect

• Account details you provide (name, email, password — stored hashed).
• Session cookies used to keep you signed in.
• Billing identifiers from Stripe (customer and subscription IDs).
• Content you choose to store (notes, memories, calendar items, reminders, team data).
• Optional connected-service tokens when you authorize integrations.

How we use information

• To operate the AmberOne service you subscribe to.
• To process payments and manage plans via Stripe.
• To personalize assistants and workflows you opt into.
• To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with processors needed to run the product (for example Stripe for payments, and AI providers for Talk features you use). Customer Brain data is not mixed across customers.

Your choices

You may request export or deletion of account data by contacting the account owner support channel listed on your billing receipt. You can disconnect integrations anytime from Connections. Cancel subscriptions in the Customer Portal.
